Meet the team
Our team brings together a unique combination of industry experiences, from the real estate, flexible workspace and technology sectors. This enables us to use our network, expertise, and industry knowledge to find the best, most innovative, solutions for our customers.
Steffan graduated from Liverpool John Moore’s University with a BSc in Computer Science. Previously Group Solutions Manager at the Townley Group of companies, he relocated to London from Wales in 2018 to start up Office Ready Technology.
Steffan is responsible for maintaining the quality of service we provide our clients, whilst also researching and onboarding new solutions which drive both our – and our clients’ - organisations forward. He has a dedication to client-care and a desire to deliver services that exceeds client expectation.
Away from work, Steffan enjoys playing football, badminton, and an occasional round of golf.
Co-founder of Global Real Estate disruptor, The Instant Group until 2020, (Instant merged with IWG in March 2022 for £320m) John has a wealth of experience and contacts across the Flexible office sector.
John has advised and partnered with many of the largest UK and international Property companies and Real Estate funds on the development of their own flexible workspace offerings.
A qualified Chartered Surveyor since 2002 and non-executive board director of a private UK property company.

Joe took over as CEO of Townley Network Solutions in 2011 and lead it from being a small regional telco provider to a full-service IT and telecoms group with offices in Chester, North Wales, Nottingham and London. He managed the day-to-to day running of a complex business while overseeing a successful diversification and acquisition strategy, integrating different businesses across the country with different product specialties into one group.
He successfully exited the business in a sale to the Wavenet Group in early 2020 and following the sale, Joe set up Office Ready Technology to serve the landlord/tenant market, having identified exciting potential in this industry.
Joe lives in Los Angeles with his family and divides his time between there, London and Switzerland.
Paul has been building and running successful businesses for nearly fifty years. An early entrant into the mobile phone market, he grew Townley Communications into one of the largest independent service providers in the UK before its sale to Vodafone in 2005.
Following this, Paul built Townley Network Solutions into a large group of IT and telecoms service providers in conjunction with his son, Joe, before its successful sale to Wavenet in 2020.
All of his companies have been founded on the belief that excellent service builds loyal customers and that in turn maximises the value and strength of the business.
He is Chairman of Office Ready Technology and brings his considerable expertise and experience to this exciting business.
